Porvata’s desks have grommet holes for cable management built into the desktop. However, the cable clutter doesn’t end above the desk. Our under desk cable organizer is a quick and efficient way to clean up the wires underneath your desk without breaking the bank.

This easy-to-install organizer is great for any desk type and height. It works well with our sit/stand desks since the cables can move to the height adjustments without being pulled out of place.

Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing. Transit time is normally an additional 3-5 business days.

GENERAL SHIPPING

Porvata ships all desks under 60", chairs, and accessories via FedEx Ground.

Orders for desks greater than 60", pedestals, credenzas, and multi-desk orders must be palletized and shipped via FedEx LTL (Less-than-truckload).

CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Currently, Porvata ships to the contiguous United States (all states except for Alaska and Hawaii). At this time, we do not ship internationally.

OPTIONS FOR HOME DELIVERY

Porvata ships all desks under 60", chairs, and accessories via FedEx Ground.

For desks greater than 60", pedestals, credenzas, and multi-desk orders, there are two types of delivery options: curbside delivery or inside delivery. The majority of our deliveries are curbside deliveries. The FedEx driver will deliver the pallet outside of your house and depart from there. You are then responsible for bringing the item inside.

If you would like us to arrange inside delivery, we are able to arrange this for you at the time of purchase. We will pass through the cost (which is typically significantly higher than a standard delivery fee) and upgrade the delivery. With inside delivery the driver(s) will carry the item inside your home. Additional or extraordinary delivery requirements (multi-level buildings, etc.) may incur additional delivery charges.

INSPECTING A SHIPMENT FOR DAMAGE

While we do our best to ensure your items arrive safely, we cannot guarantee it. Therefore we ask all of our customers to carefully inspect items for damage before signing for it. Inspect the box for obvious damage first, and if able, try and inspect the inside for any concealed damage. We will replace damage items, but it is much easier for us to file a claim with FedEx if you refuse the shipment.

LARGE DESK DELIVERIES

When we ship your order via FedEx's freight service, you will receive an email from us with tracking, as well as an email from FedEx. Prior to delivery, a member from FedEx's team typically will reach out to you to schedule a delivery window.

Porvata works with a high-quality last mile delivery service to ensure you have a team of professionals managing the delivery and installation of your Porvata office products.

You can order Porvata's white glove delivery service at checkout under the "Shipping" options.

HOW WILL I SCHEDULE MY DELIVERY & INSTALLATION?

Our partners at Ryder will reach out to you ahead of your delivery to schedule a time that works best for you. Once your window is scheduled, Ryder will keep you informed with texts or emails to let you know if there are any updates regarding your order.

On the day of your delivery, two members of Ryder's Last Mile team will arrive at your house, take the product to the desired room, and assemble from there.

FEDEX TRACKING VS. RYDER DELIVERY

When your shipment leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number that will show your order's travel information as it heads TO the Ryder facility. It will show delivered when it has reached the facility. The team at Ryder should have already reached out to you by then to begin the scheduling process, but if you have not heard from them, simply reach out to us at info@porvata.com.
