Early in 2022, we partnered with SPAR, a high-quality assembly service with coverage all throughout the contiguous United States*.

We knew that while representing a different company, our assemblers needed to uphold the same level of customer service, kindness, and professionalism that we believe sets Porvata apart from our competition...and needless to say, they have gone above and beyond our expectations.

So What Happens When I Order Assembly?

Once you select "Assembly" as part of your order and submit it to Porvata, we begin securely communicating with SPAR regarding your ship to address, the product ordered, and how best to communicate with you.

When your item ships, SPAR's customer service team will reach out to you via email or phone call to schedule an official time to complete assembly.

Since you have already paid for assembly through the Porvata site, no additional work and/or payments are necessary.

Follow Up:

SPAR, like Porvata, is committed to customer satisfaction. As a result, expect a call from a SPAR customer service representative to ensure everything went as expected. If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with the service, let us or them know and we will make sure to incorporate your feedback into our reviews with them.

 

*Note that while SPAR services over 17,000 zip codes, on occasion we come across zip codes that we cannot service. If this happens, we will notify you via email and refund your assembly or work with you to find a solution.
