Step 1: Remove Dust Cap from Cylinder

Remove and properly dispose of the dust cap on the Pneumatic Cylinder.

Step 2: Insert Cylinder into Base

Insert Pneumatic Cylinder firmly into the base. Be sure to apply downward pressure to the cylinder until it is locked into place.

Step 3: Fit Rubber Ring and Dust Cover

Slide rubber ring over the cylinder and onto the base.

Fit plastic dust cover around the cylinder.

Step 4: Place Seat Cushion on Cylinder

Place the seat cushion onto the Pneumatic Cylinder and press down firmly to lock in place. Note that once the seat cushion has been attached to the cylinder, it cannot be removed.
