Where is my product shipping from?

Your desk is made and shipped from Cincinnati, OH. Our chairs are shipped from Pennsylvania. Our accessories are shipped from Phoenix, AZ. Most orders take between 1 and 4 business days to ship. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number to follow your item's progress with FedEx. 

How can I place an order?

Click on the product you want from the desired “Collection”, add the modifications you need, and click “Add to Cart”. At the top right of the page, you should see your cart. Click and follow the prompts to purchase.

You can also click “Buy it Now” on any product page, which will immediately take you to the checkout page.

I need multiple desks for my setup. Can I get a large order quote for my team?

Yes! Please email with “LARGE ORDER QUOTE” included in the subject line.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please reach out to us immediately to change or cancel your order. We want you to have 100% satisfaction, so if we can make the change, we will.

When can I expect to receive my order?

While it depends on where you are located in the continental US and third party shipping conditions, we expect all orders to be received within 5-7 business days of initial order. At this moment, Fedex, UPS, and USPS are all having logistical issues which may add a few days to ship time. Please email us with any questions on your shipment.

I bought right before a discount window, can I get that discount?

If you bought within 14 days of the discount starting we will honor that discount amount for your order. Just send us an email at and we will process. We will not honor a discount if you purchase after the discount goes away, however, so be sure to take advantage of discounts when they are available!

How much does shipping cost?

Each product has a different shipping cost based on the product size and weight. 

My item was damaged in transit, what should I do?

Take pictures of the damage and email us immediately. We will help figure out how to ensure 100% satisfaction with your desk.

Do you sell products not listed on your website?

We do! Our suppliers have other products not listed, and we will happily try and work with them to ensure you get exactly what you want! (Note: exception applies, see bottom of page)

My desk stopped working, is there something wrong?

While unlikely, there could very well be an issue with your Atlas handset. Please take a look through our troubleshooting page. If the issue still persists, please send us an email and we will help you through the problem.

I have a problem with one of my products - is it covered by warranty?

Please email us at and we will work out a way to fix the problem! Please see our Refund Policy to understand our policies.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, we offer full refunds within 90 days. Please check our Refund Policy to understand what we need from you in that process. We charge a $5 restocking fee for any product that was delivered and returned.

Any exceptions to your policy?

Our only 2 exceptions to return/refund policy are: (1) if you order a custom product from off our website and (2) if you order 5 or more products from our store. In both of those cases, the products are non refundable.
