How can I contact Porvata?

We will get back to you with a personal response within 2 days.

Where is my desk shipping from?

Your desk is made and shipped from Cincinnati, OH. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number to follow your item's progress with FedEx.

How can I place an order?

Click on the product you want from the “Products” drop down, add the modifications you need, and click “Add to Cart”. At the top right of the page, you should see your cart. Click and follow the prompts to purchase.

You can also click “Buy it Now” on any product page, which will immediately take you to the checkout page.

I need multiple desks for my setup. Can I get a large order quote for my team?

Yes! Please email info@porvata.com with “LARGE ORDER QUOTE” included in the subject line.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please reach out to us immediately to change or cancel your order. We want you to have 100% satisfaction, so if we can make the change, we will.

When can I expect to receive my order?

While it depends on where you are located in the continental US, we expect all orders to be received within 5-7 business days of initial order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free for all of our desks under 60”, and all other products on our site. For the larger desks, that shipping is $39.

My item was damaged in transit, what should I do?

Take pictures of the damage and email us immediately. We will help figure out how to ensure 100% satisfaction with your desk.

Do you sell products not listed on your website?

Not yet, but we would love to understand what else you need from us! Our supplier makes many other office products, and we will continue to add new products going forward.

My desk stopped working, is there something wrong?

While unlikely, there could very well be an issue with your Atlas handset. Please take a look through our troubleshooting page. If the issue still persists, please send us an email and we will help you through the problem.

I have a problem with one of my products - is it covered by warranty?

Please email us at info@porvata.com and we will work out a way to fix the problem! Please see our Refund Policy to understand our policies.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, we offer full refunds within 90 days. Please check our Refund Policy to understand what we need from you in that process.
