Product Information

I need multiple desks for my setup. Can I get a large order quote for my team?

Yes! Please email info@porvata.com with “LARGE ORDER QUOTE” included in the subject line.

Can I customize the dimensions or materials of my office furniture?

Yes for dimensions! We offer various online customization offerings but can also do further customizations upon request.

As for materials, we have laminate and butcher block options available on our website and do not have the ability to customize outside of those materials.

Do you sell products not listed on your website?

We do! Our suppliers have other products not listed, and we will happily try and work with them to ensure you get precisely what you want! (Note: An exception applies. See FAQ: Any exceptions to your return policy?)

We also have custom-sized desks. If there is a size not listed online, you can call to custom order your exact size.

My desk stopped working, is there something wrong?

While unlikely, there could very well be an issue with your Atlas handset. Please take a look through our troubleshooting page. If the issue persists, please send us an email, and we will help you through the problem.

How do I assemble my desk?

We have easy, do-it-yourself assembly for all desks. Our desks come with instructions on how to build them in your office space.

I would like a color other than silver for the seated desk legs. Is that possible?

Yes! We work with a local powder coating shop which enables us to burn-off and recoat the seated legs on our website. We charge $75/leg to do so. If you would like to pursue this option, please contact us and we will do our best to make it work.

Order Placement

What is your lead time?

Typically our lead time ranges from 2-4 business days for a standard order on our website. Lead time refers to the time it takes to produce your item.

Additional shipping time will depend on where you are located and typically ranges from 2-7 business days.

What is your lead time for a custom product?

We are a made-to-order shop, so most customizations can be completed within a 3-5 business day timeframe.

With that said, certain asks take us more time to complete. If this is the case, our team will work with you to get an accurate timeline in your hands.

How can I place an order?

Click on the product you want from the desired “Collection,” add the modifications you need, and click “Add to Cart.” At the top right of the page, you should see your cart. Click and follow the prompts to purchase.

You can also click “Buy it Now” on any product page, which will immediately take you to the checkout page.

I purchased my product right before a discount window. Can I get that discount?

If you bought your item within 14 days of the discount starting, we will honor that discount amount for your order. Just send us an email at info@porvata.com, and we will process your discount.

However, we will not honor a discount if you purchase after the promotion ends. Be sure to take advantage of discounts when they are available!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please reach out to us immediately to change or cancel your order. We want you to have 100% satisfaction, so we will if we can make the change.

Shipping Information

Where is my product shipping from in the U.S.?

Your desk is made and shipped from Cincinnati, OH. Our chairs ship from Pennsylvania. Our accessories ship from Phoenix, AZ.

Most orders take between one and four business days to ship. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number to follow your item's progress with FedEx.

When can I expect to receive my order?

While it depends on your location in the continental U.S. and third-party shipping conditions, we expect customers to receive all orders within five to seven business days of the initial order. Please email us with any questions about your shipment.

How much does shipping cost?

Each product has a different shipping cost based on the product size and weight.

Returns & Warranty

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please take pictures of the damage and email us immediately. We will help determine how to ensure 100% satisfaction with your desk.

I have a problem with one of my products - does the warranty cover it?

Please email us at info@porvata.com, and we will work out a way to fix the problem! Please see our Refund Policy to understand our policies.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, we offer product refunds (we do not refund shipping) within 30-90 days of purchase*. We charge a restocking fee for any delivered and returned products. Please check our Refund Policy to understand what we need from you in that process.

*Our laminate and wood based products come with a 90-day return window while our chairs and accessories come with a 30-day return window.

Any exceptions to your return policy?

Our only two exceptions to the return/refund policy are:

1. If you order a custom product that is not listed our website.

2. If you order five or more products from our store.

In both of those cases, the products are non-refundable.
