Step 1: Attach Multi-Surface Casters to Base

Slide the multi-surface casters into the base. You should feel them click into place. Next, slide the Pneumatic Cylinder firmly into the base.

Step 2: Attach Mechanism to Seat Back

Using (3) M8*20 screws attach the seat back to the mechanism so that the lever in image 2 is on the right hand side of the chair.

Step 3: Attach Mechanism to Seat Cushion

Flip the chair upside-down (we recommend using your cardboard box as a makeshift workstation), attach the mechanism to the seat cushion using (4) M6*20 mechanism screws. 

Step 4: Attach Armrests to Seat Cushion

Attach your chair armrests using (6) M6*30 armrest screws.

Step 5: Place Seat onto Cylinder

Place the seat cushion, mechanism, and back, onto the cylinder. Once you have completed this, apply pressure to the top of your seat with your hands or by sitting in the chair. Note: Once you have locked your cylinder into place, it cannot be removed.
